From the outset the quality of service from their initial quotation process right through to the completion of the installaton I can only rate as first class! The project was at times extremely challenging due to associated complex technicalities which on several occasions resulted in requesting Optimum Flooring to realign their schedule to meet my clients demands. They were not only truly professional in their overall involvement with the project, but their quality of work was superb.
