Description
P.1 – Method/Preparation
A very thorough diamond grind was needed for this floor to prepare and provide a
mechanical key to the quartz system currently down, followed by a precise
preparation of all edge detail and curved upstands using handheld nine inch
grinding machines, all with fitted vacuum attachments to keep dust at a minimum
as per the clients requirements.

Project Overview
P.2 – Application/Installationurface was prepared by using a three-phase Innovatech
Once initial preparaton had been completed our team spent some extra time
around the drainage run shown below as the previous floor held water around the
channel. Our team ensured this “ponding” effect would be erradicated by ensuring
that the drainage channel sat below the new floor level. Once all preparation has
been completed our team installed Resdev Pumaprime TC, an epoxy resin adhesive
primer
