This warehouse was in urgent need of a facelift to bring the area uptothe standards of the rest of the building. Our team mechanically grinded the floor area using a three-phase diamond grinding machine and mechanical hand tools to prepare areas around the existing racking. All of our grinding machines are vacuum attached to keep dust to a minimum.

This photo shows the floor before our works.
Once the floor area has been mechanically prepared our team moved onto localised repairs as shown below. These were carried out to eliminate any imperfections in the floorto achieve the best finish possible, this was followed up by our team installing two-inch masking tape to mark out the demarcation lines for walkways to be installed in accordance with the clients plans.
Here we have a photo from ourfirst site visit, showing the floor before our worksincluding all imperfections where repairs are needed in addition to the mainflooring works.

Once the areas are marked out our team installed the product which on this occasion was Resdev’s Pumadur DD Silk in both grey and blue, a high-build coating which provides a great finish and a hard wearing solution perfect for thisenvironment. To round off our works we applied Resdev Pumathane LM UVR which is a specialist epoxy line marking paint to provide walkways.
Once the floor had been repaired, our team mechanically ground the whole area and lay down the tape to form the demarcation lines, this photo was taken at the end of our prep stage.
This bottom image is a progress photo, the blue paint has been installed with the walkways to follow.
Overallthis was a smooth job for our team completed with zero issueswieldingfantastic result.
