I have recently had the opportunity to work with Optimum Flooring as part of an intense project for a client I was supporting Project Managing the setup of a new manufacturing plant. From the outset the quality of service from their initial quotation process right through to the completion of the installaton I can only rate as first class!
The project was at times extremely challenging due to associated complex technicalities which on several occasions resulted in requesting Optimum Flooring to realign their schedule to meet my clients demands. They were not only truly professional in their overall involvement with the project, but their quality of work was superb. Their team arrived on time and delivered as planned and had at all times a senior supervisor on site to oversee the activity.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Optimum Flooring and would not hesitate in utilising their support once again on future projects.
